Provide operational and administrative support to Wealth Management Advisor in the areas of client service, client maintenance, marketing and becoming an integral part of the financial planning practice.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Manage advisor’s calendar
Annual Review Case Preparation – prepare illustrations, client financial reports, etc.
Run planning analysis reports
New Case Preparation - prepare illustrations, investment proposals
Client onboarding - open client accounts, assist clients with required documentation, perform account maintenance
Create or obtain life, disability, long term care insurance illustrations
Take unsolicited trade instructions – process trade tickets
Assist with client needs – account transactions, account changes, etc.
Process paperwork for investment transactions, opening new accounts and account transfers
Daily usage of CRM/Outlook for client contact, scheduling meetings appointments and marketing
Maintain and manage email database for marketing campaigns, advisor newsletter and quarterly investment updates
College Degree Preferred
California Life & Health Insurance License
General Securities Registered Series 7 or 6 preferred
Minimum 3 years in securities/insurance/financial services industry
Familiarity with Microsoft applications, data entry and information retrieval software
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple diverse projects and assignments in a timely manner
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
Demonstrated ability to maintain effective working relationships with clients
