Medium sized law firm headquartered in Richmond, VA, is seeking qualified individual to assume the role of Firm Administrator. The successful candidate will report directly to the President and Managing Partner and have a wide range of responsibilities involving the administrative, personnel, financial and technological activities of the Firm. Strong preference for a strong financial background with at least three to five years of experience in a law firm environment. Must have good written and verbal skills, be able to function at the Partner level and have the ability to assist in defining and implementing the Firm's long-range goals and objectives.
