This position is being offered only to persons who have an interest in eventually running and becoming an owner of a financial advisory practice. Applicants will be trained in how to interface with high net worth individuals for the purpose of client service and retention as well as developing new clients for the firm.
Duties will be to support the current relationship manager in client activities as well as portfolio management operations.
Applicants need to enjoy working with people and helping them solve their financial needs.
In addition, applicants need to be comfortable working with data and able to produce reports and understand the mathematical concepts needed to deliver accurate and effective solutions to the clients of the firm.
Having a CFP designation is preferred but achieving the CFP designation will be a requirement of the position.
Industry experience will be considered in the hiring process.
Additional Salary Information: Bonuses will become part of the compensation package after certain goals are met.
