Lead development of financial & operational strategy; outcomes based performance management; multi-year budgeting, and financial reporting. Manage financial, HR, & risk management operations. Streamline operations, encouraging quality recruitment & retention, training & development, performance management, resolution of employee relations issues, diversity, & succession planning. The ADFA is a member of CAS senior leadership, reporting to the COO, and supporting the University & CAS mission and vision. CFO and Director of HR reports to ADFA.
The College has 27 departments, 53 graduate degrees, 700 faculty and staff, teaches 64% of the undergraduate education, and has a $102M budget.
