Primary responsibility is to monitor the cash flow into and out of the organization and corresponding properties under management. This position moves funds as needed to maintain liquidity requirements, initiates transfers and deposits in response to the funding needs of the organization and corresponding properties/real estate, along with other daily cash management functions.

Manage incoming and outgoing cash effectively on a daily basis.
Maintain cash requirements and cash position through analysis of budgetary needs and financial reports.
Maintain integrity and accuracy in financial transactions and reports.
Follow standard procedures to improve efficiency in cash collections, funds transfers, cash disbursements, month-end account closing activities, and inter-departmental reporting.
Optimize cash inflow from different business activities and reduce the risk of credit losses.
Update accounting database for daily financial transactions.
Maintain a backup for all the financial data.
Liaise with banks to address any account issues and queries.
Process all payments
Maintain security and confidentiality of financial records.
Develop professional knowledge on cash management processes and technique

2-4 years of related accounting experience preferably in real estate
Real estate experience a plus
Yardi a plus
Technology proficient, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to work independently, strong organizational & communication skills
