Our expanding client service demands have created an opening in our Client Relations Department. We focus on building relationships and provide a highly personalized approach to client service.
Job Description – The Client Relations Specialist will provide direct client support for a variety of daily transactions, including new accounts, money movements, and general support. The successful candidate will have a strong background in client service and relationship management roles within the financial services field.
Preparing client related paperwork for financial plans, new accounts, account changes, and asset transfers
Maintaining integrity of client data (address updates, name changes, etc…)
Scheduling client meetings with advisors and other team members, and follow through to assure seamless client experience
Collaborating with staff for delivery of timely and accurate information in response to inquiries and/or service issues
Resolving administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions
Assisting in the resolution of complex situations or requests. This would include but is not limited to: research and correction for tax reporting issues, alternative investments, transfers, and complaints
Providing firm-wide administrative support
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
3-5 years of Financial Services experience required
Series 65 or 66/7 preferred (may be obtained within a 180-day condition of employment)
Deliver white glove service and can build/maintain strong relationships with clients
Experience with managing relationships utilizing a CRM
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Positive attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism and strong work ethic with high level of integrity and ethics
Excellent operational, organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage and process complex operational work
Self-directed with the ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks
Flexibility and adaptability
Problem assessment and resolution
Available to occasionally work outside of normal business hours
Entrepreneurial ambition to grow responsibilities
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and occasionally stressful environment
